Our Pastor
Pastor Victor George is born and raised in a Pentecostal family.
His parents late Pastor C.K. George and Thankamma George
served the Lord along with Assemblies of God for more than 65
years in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, India. So, Pastor Victor George
had a very good God fearing environment from his childhood to
enrich his life with the love of God and passion for the perishing
soul.
Victor George accepted Jesus as his personal savior at the age of
twelve. During the college days he was sure about his calling and
dedicated himself for the ministry of Gospel. Following that
spiritual awakening Pastor Victor George joined for theological
education and has spent next five years, completing two
theological degrees from two prestigious seminaries. After the
graduation, he taught briefly in Grace Bible College at Gurgaon,
Haryana, later he joined with Church of God in North India and
served the Lord as pastor of ‘Madangir church of God’ for couple
of years.
In 1987 he got married to Kunjamma who came to the Lord from
a Jacobite family. In 1988 Pastor Victor George moved to the
United States of America. Since then they have been serving the
Lord as pastor of local churches in different places where God
has placed them. As he was serving the Lord, he earned his
Master of Divinity Degree from another prestigious seminary.
God blessed them with two sons, Sheabin and Febin. Sheabin is
living in St. Louis, Missouri, with his wife Ashly and their
daughter Tessa. Febin is serving the Lord as a music minister in
Overlake Christian Church, Redmond, Washington.
Pastor Victor George jointed India Christian Assembly of Seattle
in 2008 as the senior pastor. It is the desire of Pastor Victor
George and his wife Kunjamma as a family to continue to serve
the Lord and His people in whatever capacity and call God has
places upon them.
